Welcome at Matan Ka'an Hotel
In the old Mayan language Matan Ka`an means “gift from the sky” and for all of us that we have worked with sacrifice and passion, it was really true. Matan Ka`an Hotel is located in the heart of Mahahual, a small fisherman village which can be a perfect start point to visit

The Hotel
Matan Ka'an Hotel has 25 rooms arranged around a common area as the square of a small Mexican village where you can find the swimming pool and the water pool with fish and turtles, the Frida Kahlo terrace bar, the reading room of the Tina Modotti square , the boutique and garden with the massages area.
Our services
All rooms have air conditioning and fan with terracotta hand made floors , with veins marked by fire. Each room has a theme, and is dedicated to an animal or a plant typical of these areas. Some rooms also have television with more than one hundred channels and, if you do not want it in the room, there is a large Tv screen in the room Tina Modotti. Several types of massages are available poolside...
